Does this objection and subsequent no sale on this lot mean that Lot 10 is still public land? Accessible by the public at any given time?

Hi Daniel – We’ll have to chase this up, but good question. We’re not sure of the status of the land up at Mt Penang with the abolition of the CCRDC. Keep your eye on this space.
